If it is your first time with us, you can start by booking a free consultation either through our online portal or by contacting us on 1300 549 008. If you have never had treatment with us, you will need to attend a free consultation even if you purchase your package online.
We will not refund your package if you have changed your mind, if you move to another suburb/state, decide to leave the country, or if you found it cheaper somewhere else.
We will not transfer your treatment(s) to another individual.
We would like to offer all our clients the most suitable appointment time, so we ask you to provide at least 48 hours notice for any change in the date or time of your appointment.
If you cancel or make changes to your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment date, or if you simply don’t show up to your booked appointment, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your appointment or simply don’t show up to your scheduled time, and you have a pre-paid package with us, the full cost of the appointment will be redeemed.
Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are not applicable if you change your mind.
Please take care to decide if the procedure or product is suitable for you. It is ultimately your responsibility to make the final decision as to whether or not the treatment or product is right for you.
Treatments are not an exact science, and factors outside of our control will affect the results, including providing accurate information and taking care to inform us of any changes in your medical history or general health.
We take care to provide you with accurate advice; however it is your responsibility to ensure the expectations you have for the treatment and its outcomes are realistic.
Pre-pay treatments allow you to save an amount according to pre-payment offer. Pre-pay treatments are non-refundable. There is also no transfer of pre-pay treatments to other individuals or other treatments.
Expiry dates apply to pre-pay treatments. This varies from treatment to treatment. Please see in clinic for details on expiration dates.
You must provide 48 hours notice for any cancellations of a pre-pay treatment booking. If you cancel within the 48 hour window of your pre-paid booking, or do not attend your appointment, the treatment will be redeemed from your pre-paid package.
When you purchase pre-paid treatments, these are the terms you agree to.
Treatments and services purchased online are bound by the same terms and conditions as treatments purchased in clinic. This includes our refund and cancelation policy.
The clinic may, from time to time, decide that the treatment you purchased online is not suitable for you. This will be discussed with you upon your initial consultation. If the treatment does not suit your skin type or concern, you will be provided with an exchange to a more suitable treatment, or a credit note to use.
For treatments purchased online, if you believe that you should receive a refund, you may put your request in writing to email@example.com
If there is no pre-paid package or treatment in your account, we will refuse requests for online bookings. Treatments will only be booked in the clinic when there is a pre-paid treatment or package available to redeem.

Reject your request for an online booking if the treatment or goods and services associated with the treatment are not available to you.
Refuse to provide services to you
Restrict the number of treatments or products are purchased by one individual.
We offer free consultations for our skin and laser services to help you learn about the treatment, and decide if the treatment is suitable for you. We will allow one rescheduling of your free consultation, however if you choose to reschedule your free consultation a third time, a deposit will be required to rebook. Only one free consultation is available per person, per twelve (12) month period, for each skin concern. If you decide to proceed with the treatment, and twelve (12) months have passed since your initial consultation, we may require that you attend another free consultation to ensure the treatment is still right for your needs.
