    The MEDISOL high powered LED is advanced in photodynamic therapy and in anti-ageing photobiomodulation. This stimulates Neocollagenesis and cell renewal.

  • Acne Treatment

    Acne can be treated with the blue and red light. The blue light will act on the porphyries of the bacterium. P.acnes, and will destroy them. The red light will penetrate, in sufficient depth, to reach the sebaceous glands, in order to have an anti-inflammatory effect. Acne scars can also be reduced thanks to this adapted treatment with the MEDISOL. 

  • Treatment supplement

    The MEDISOL strengthens the effectiveness of some cosmetic procedures and reduces downtime after treatments. The action of the MEDISOL also helps to treat post-inflammatory erythemas.

  • Scars and burns

    The MEDISOL will accelerate and improve the healing process, therefore minimising the appearance of any ungraceful scars. Benefits can also be visible on burns, irritations and inflammation. Finally, the MEDISOL also offers a soothing effect on targeted pains.

  • Stretch Marks

    The MEDISOL LED treatment offers a significant improvement in lesions: decrease of depth and pleated appearance, plus regimentation. For the treatment of stretch marks, it is highly recommended to combine this treatment with Laser Ablation treatments for stretch marks.

  • Alopecia

    The MEDISOL LED lamp, in combination with Fotona HairRestart, is an effective method to treat alopecia in both men and women. The goal is to prevent the catagen phase, during which point the hair follicle dies and falls out. The combination of the treatments will stop the hair from falling out and will make it possible for hair regrowth plus increased hair density .

To get the most out of your session, ensure no fake tan, gradual tan, lotions or creams are on the treatment area. No sun exposure for 2 weeks prior to treatment.

For treatment on the face, neck or décolletage, please try to attend your appointment without makeup. For treatments on body areas, attend the clinic without body lotions or deodorants on the area. The treatment area should be free from any topical products and natural oils. Discontinue use of any skincare products on the treatment area 24 hours pre-treatment.

Always apply SPF to the treatment area and limit sun exposure. Active skin care can resume 48-72 hours post treatment.

Avoid sun exposure post and pre treatment. Use SPF on any areas exposed to the sun between treatments.

Please notify your clinician if there are changes to your medical history, medications or pregnancy. Hormonal imbalances can affect the treatment outcome and more treatments may be necessary. Cooperation and adherence to aftercare protocols is necessary.
