1. Who we are

Pink Laser Clinics is a registered business name of B. P. Laser Clinics Pty Ltd (ACN 634 089 151), which operates the clinic at Shop 3, 642 Doncaster Road, Doncaster VIC 3108 and the website at www.pinklaserclinics.com.au. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean B. P. Laser Clinics Pty Ltd trading as Pink Laser Clinics.

2. These terms and our policies

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Refunds, Cancellations and Prepaid Treatments Policy and our Shipping Policy, govern your use of this website, our social media channels, our online store and the treatments, products and services we provide, however you access them. By using the website, booking with us or purchasing from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

If you use the website on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their authority to accept these terms for them.

3. Information on this website

The content of this website is general information about our treatments, products and clinic. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation. Results from any treatment vary from person to person and depend on factors such as skin type, the condition being treated, your health and medical history, and how closely aftercare is followed. Before and after images show real clients and real results, and are not a promise of the result you will achieve.

We take care to keep the website accurate and current, but information may change without notice and may occasionally contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information for your particular circumstances.

4. Consultations and suitability

Every new client attends a free consultation before their first treatment, whether the treatment was purchased in clinic or online. At the consultation we assess your skin, review your medical history and confirm whether the treatment you are considering is suitable for you. Some treatments also require a patch test.

You agree to give us accurate and complete information about your health, medications and medical history, and to tell us about any changes before each appointment. Treatment outcomes depend on this information. It remains your decision whether a treatment or product is right for you, and your responsibility to keep your expectations realistic based on the advice we give you.

5. Age

We treat clients aged 18 and over. A client under 18 may be treated only where a parent or guardian attends the consultation and signs the consent on their behalf.

6. Bookings, cancellations and prepaid treatments

Our booking, cancellation, no show and prepaid treatment terms are set out in our Refunds, Cancellations and Prepaid Treatments Policy. In short: we ask for 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment; prepaid treatments and packages are not refundable for change of mind, are not transferable, and expire; and refunds are provided where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Please read the policy before purchasing.

7. Purchases through the online store

Treatments and packages purchased online are subject to the same terms as those purchased in clinic, including the policy above. An online purchase does not confirm that a treatment is suitable for you; suitability is confirmed at your consultation. If we assess that a treatment you purchased online is not suitable for your skin type or concern, we will offer an exchange for a more suitable treatment or a credit note valid for at least 3 years, as set out in the policy.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices, offers and packages may change without notice. Sale and promotional prices apply only for the stated period and cannot be applied to earlier purchases. We may decline or cancel an order where a pricing or listing error has occurred, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

8. Pink Skin Care products

Pink Skin Care products purchased through the online store are dispatched under our Shipping Policy. Our 30 day guarantee for online product purchases, and our approach to faulty products, are set out in the Refunds, Cancellations and Prepaid Treatments Policy. Always follow the directions and aftercare guidance supplied with each product, and tell us if you experience any irritation so we can help.

9. Email and SMS communications

When you book, purchase or subscribe, we may send you transactional messages by email or SMS, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, order updates, checkout reminders and requests for a review. Where you have consented, we may also send marketing messages about treatments, products and offers. We send marketing in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

You can opt out of marketing at any time by replying STOP to any marketing SMS, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contacting us at clientcare@pinklaserclinics.com.au. Opting out of marketing does not stop appointment and order messages, which we need to send to provide the service you have booked or purchased. Message frequency varies. Your carrier's standard message and data charges may apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography, video, graphics, treatment names, program names and the Pink Laser Clinics and Pink Skin Care names and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

11. Links to other websites

The website may link to third party websites, including our booking system and payment providers. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

12. Liability and the Australian Consumer Law

Our services and products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties, and our liability for any loss arising from your use of the website or our services is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or product or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for loss caused by information you did not disclose to us, by failure to follow our pre treatment or aftercare instructions, or by matters outside our reasonable control.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and our policies from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this website. Changes apply from the time they are published, and your continued use of the website or our services after that is acceptance of the updated terms. Where a change is more favourable to you, we apply it to earlier purchases as well. Otherwise a purchase is governed by the terms in force at the time it was made.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
